I've stayed here a few times. It's one of the better hotels in Bradford. Especially the newer rooms. The bathrooms are really big and very nice. The pool and jacuzzi area was closed for maintenance when I was there. Heard from other guests it was the second week in a row. We were told it was because of electrical issues. Hope that is resolved soon, as it is the only hotel in the area that I know of with an indoor pool/hot tub. The staff is always friendly, attentive and nice. Continental breakfast is good. Plenty of parking. Good stay. No complaints.
We arrived, it took a while to get checked in, but it wasn't a long time. We had a nice, clean room ready to be settled in and easy access to everything. We had a good rest, with quiet neighbors and low light. We had a good time in the pool and the hot tub was relaxing with very little problems. It was minorly dirty, and had a smell to the pool. The morning buffet was nice, but there was some stuff that was out of service and had inconveniences with the drinks. There was very dry food. We had an easy check out and the parking lot was very close and it was a very quick and easily accessible hotel.
Clean hotel, nice staff, good breakfast. Have have sta yed at this hotel numerous times and always enjoy the stay.
We stayed here for a night on the way to a wedding. The room was decent sized and clean. Continental breakfast was included and the staff was friendly. It’s what you expect and maybe a bit more from a standard hotel room. Nothing fancy but it was a pleasant stay.
Prices are compatible with other hotels in the area, service is good, rooms are clean and the hotel is conveniently located to shopping.
