It may be a Best Western but my room was full of black ants I woke up in the mornings and found them on my legs and feet I'm not very happy. There are ice machines will only give you about a cup of ice at a time so you have to keep cycling it which is a pain in the butt. For Best Western Hotel it is the poorest one I've stayed in yet.
Bathtub shower head had very wesk pressure. Tub drained very slowly & tub had a ring around the tub.
Morning check-out clerk was very young, looked like she was very tired from a late night. Clothes & hair very not very tidy & she was not friendly or engaging at all. We were going to tell her about our concerns with the shower & tub but figured it would not get passed on to management.
Very nice hotel in Bradford. Has clean rooms, a decent sized parking lot, a lounge and restaurant with good service, breakfast room is clean and food is fresh. Town center is within walking distance. Would recommend to others.
Hotel is under some renovations but is very nice inside. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, bathroom was a little on the small side. Has a rather nice lounge that has a very basic menu, it was a little understaffed but they were working very hard to serve everyone. There was a free breakfast which again was basic but good. Staff very nice and helpful.
This Best Western needs stronger management oversight on room (bathroom) maintenance & front desk staff appearance & personalities.
Great location downtown. Can walk to church, restaurants, taverns, and food store next door. Nice lounge, good breakfast, and plenty of parking. Appearance of hotel both interior and exterior was very good. Lobby was great to relax, read a paper or have a coffee or drink. We stay at this wonderful hotel every time we visit Bradford. Rates are very reasonable.
