The Zippo/Case Museum has on show some of the most recognizable and well-made pieces of Americana. While small, the museum does a great job of exhibiting the history of these two products as well as the Bradford region. The displays are extremely colorful and interactive, which makes for a very interesting experience. There is an opportunity to view hundreds of different lighter designs and styles, as well as Zippos being repaired by actual workers. I purchased my first Zippo here and I'm glad I made the trip to Bradford, it was definitely worth it.

Neat, well laid out, and very clean! The Museum is very fascinating; the windows so a person could watch actual repairs being done on the Zippo lighters; the Zac! Then the gift shop-wow!!! A visitor could purchase anything from clothing articles to puzzles! Of course, they had many choices of lighters and knives also! Time well spent!!!!

Always great staff! Eager to help but won't hound you to make sales. Awesome place to visit. Educational experience as well.

It's free and a slice of Americana. What more could you ask for? We spent a fair chunk of time watching the staff behind the glass do repairs. Very skilled! If you're in the area, it is worth a stop. It took us a little over an hour to go thru.

Factory store and little else. It is a real crime as it could be much more. I was very disappointed. A marketing disaster. I have seen so many of these type of displays done far better. I would not bother going. Look at a catalog instead. Wasted our time.
