The most rude people overall. One of the four people I dealt with was pleasant. The hours are 415 but you can't take a test after 230? How does that make sense? They won't answer questions people have, what do they actually do other than sit there with their feet propped up?
Very easy going staff who were competent and willing to help. No hassle given for me to replace my driver's license.

The road test examiner was a big bully & the most rude, obnoxious & racist guy I've ever met. When I asked him if the parallel parking should be done between the 2 orange cones placed, he started yelling saying I dont even know where to do it. Obviously I dont. I dont work at the DMV & I'm relatively new to the country. Except for this question which pissed him off, I made no mistakes in my driving. Maybe he would have passed me if I was blonde & white. Unfortunately there is no way videos can be taken or conversations recorded to show proof of their behavior.
It was so simple and easy the wait took no time at all everyone was pretty nice and helpful. took approximately 30 minutes.
