When I called to discuss this, I was told that the potted plant would last longer, therefore I was receiving my money's worth. The point being the owner of the shop was rude and easily conveyed her annoyance with my order of what she had listed on her website, then did NO work to get it delivered. What is the point of your business if you are annoyed by orders that are available on your website?
This arrangement was for my mother. She sent me a picture of what was delivered and it was a potted plant. No decorations. No bamboo as pictured. No additional flowers. A potted plant.

Monday comes along and she calls me to tell me that the arrangement I picked was a different style than she was going to do. I called the shop back and spoke to Kate who was very friendly and kind. She informed me that I would receive a comparable arrangement to what was pictured online.
I ordered a "Deluxe" arrangement last Friday to be delivered on Saturday. The website stated plainly that if they did not have the flower arrangement I had chosen, a comparable piece would be sent. I received a call late Saturday afternoon from the owner - Candi (sp?) - who left me a brief, rude message stating she didn't have the flower and would go find it. I called her back 4 times at the shop and could not get ahold of anyone, so I called her cell phone. She rudely snapped that she just needed my confirmation, and she would get it sent on Monday. I agreed.
I ordered a fruit basket here and did not get what was advertised. The attitude of the owner was as if she didn't care.
I was very embarrassed of what was sent to my friend and his family during a time of mourning.
Friendly and very kind - thank you!
I will never go here again.
