We moved our account to this location from a location in Olean, because it was slightly closer to us (Salamanca) and nearer our other shopping needs (Wal-Mart, Big Lots, Dollar Tree), but we got a huge bonus on top of all those benefits. The staff here are always very kind and helpful and are not "sales pushy" at all. And they literally go out of the way to make sure we are happy with the items we rent from them (73inch TV and a netbook, so far). That kind of service really is the frosting on the cake. NOTE: Although they still do delivery and pick-up for Salamanca from this store, they can only offer courtesy calls, but can not do door to door collections like the Olean stores do, something to do with crossing the borders and such, an inconvenience that I find easy to deal with when comparing the service we get from these guys and the Olean stores. They also can take payments over the phone with credit or debit / checking cards.
