I drive a LOT and have had to replace several windshields through the years. The last few times exclusively with Safelite as their technicians seem more experienced and well trained, and the quality of their windshields is definitely better, as I can typically see optical anomalies with other brands. As a Master Auto Tech and former car dealership owner I can have very high expectations!

This particular shop: everyone was extraordinarily friendly, helpful and courteous. The waiting area is large and comfortable, with complimentary soda, water, coffee and other beverages/snacks.
When Dan showed up I wondered if he'd be able to replace my windshield before the rain. I was sure he'd have to cancel and reschedule. Mid way through the install it started to sprinkle and to my surprise Safelite had a contingency. A portable canopy went up in minutes and kept everything dry 'til the job was done. Now that's good.
