As a loyal customer I took my daughter in June, she got sold on a 2015 Dodge Dart, on a Saturday with not getting the requested insurance quote she was promised if she couldn't afford the insurance they would "get her out of it". She was given 100 dollars for her trade in and charged 3,000 dollars more than the car was even worth. After days fairway offered me a check for 1,560 dollars to help with part of her insurance for one year, after two weeks of arguing and the understanding I'd be quiet because "they won't pay good money for bad publicity". I bought the trade in back and had to pay ten dollars to cash their check at their bank. If the fellas at fairway would fire their lying pushy overbearing sneaky sales manager Mr. Michael Baker maybe their job with damage control would not be so hard. Lost 3 loyal customers that day.
Good people just didn't have what I was looking for.
Got a nice vehicle for a good price, the sales guy I worked w did a great job
No 0 stars 3 just came up, sold my daughter a truck had nothing but problems with it. Said her trade in wasn't worth anything and was going to auction ,then after it was traded a salesman son was driving it around town, never buying from there again don't recommend at all 0 stars.
I'm 68 years old and I've bought many cars over my lifetime. This was not a pleasurable buying experience! The showroom was chaotic and so loud that we had to do our negotiating in the parking lot. We had to deal with several different sales staff, all with their own agenda, which was more about getting the most out of us on the deal as well as high pressure sales from three different people on their extended warranty plan, which we did not want. We were forced to finance through them to acquire a lifetime drivetrain warranty. The salesman quoted us one finance rate but when we sat to close the deal we found that the rate was actually double the quoted one! I've had good results with Fairway's Service Dept. in the past and would recommend them but I simply will not buy another car there.
